  • Power Diode + IR Cut: 5mm/s @90%
  • Total job time: 13:30 (4 keychains, both sides.

In this quick and fun laser engraving project, I’ll show you how to design, engrave, and cut a custom acrylic keychain for my Jeep using LightBurn and the AtomStack Kraft laser — all in under 5 minutes!

We’ll go step-by-step:

  1. Trace your design
  2. Use the Offset tool for a clean cutout
  3. Add a hole for your keyring
  4. Duplicate and mirror for perfect front/back engraving
  5. Engrave and cut with the AtomStack Kraft
  6. Assemble and admire your slick new keychain!
