A look back at 2024 with The Tinkerverse

I would like to give a huge thank you to the laser community for the continued support. Over the last year we have grown the channel by well over 7,000 subscribers and I’ve started to see a bit of a snowball effect in growth over the last month. This wouldn’t be possible without you the viewers.

In 2025 we’ll be getting back to the basics of why The Tinkerverse was created and that’s tutorials. While I have strayed slightly into the machine review space, that was not my long term goal. There are dozens of other laser channels who happily turn out machine reviews on a regular basis and anything I add is just more of the same which does not benefit my audience. Unless a machine has something groundbreaking or truly stand out unique, I will probably decline review offers.

Hopefully you will start to see more deep dives into LightBurn, xTool XCS and WeCreat MakeIt software and teaching you how to be creative and efficient with your lasers. I’d also like to make a series focused on the new laser user and giving primers into how lasers operate and how to get started with your first projects.
